Refund Policy
At Pivot Project Inc., we are dedicated to helping individuals improve their credit through expert credit consulting services. We strive for excellence and value customer satisfaction. However, as required by law, we do not guarantee specific outcomes, credit score increases, or the timing of results—verbally or in writing.

Clients may request a refund only if they believe Pivot Project Inc. has failed to fulfill the obligations outlined in our Terms and Conditions or the signed client agreement. A refund of up to 100% of the total amount paid may be granted if all the following conditions are met:

  • Pivot Project Inc. did not inform the Client in the agreement that credit consulting may potentially cause temporary decreases in credit scores.

  • The Client is current on all payments, with no returned (NSF) payments, and has fully paid per the agreement.

  • The Client has followed all instructions provided by Pivot Project Inc. as part of their customized credit consulting plan.

  • The Client made at least the minimum required payment on time for all existing and newly obtained credit lines throughout the term of the agreement.

  • The Client was never late on payments and remained in good standing with all creditors during the duration of the agreement.

  • The Client followed at least one of the suggested strategies provided by Pivot Project Inc. to improve or increase their credit scores.

To initiate a refund request, the Client must submit the request in writing. Pivot Project Inc. will review the request to determine whether all refund conditions have been met. This process may take 7–10 business days from the date the written request is received. The decision made by Pivot Project Inc. regarding the refund will be considered final.
